Beth joined BLDD with 15+ years of HR experience, including the functions of Recruiting, Employee Relations and Engagement, Benefit Administration and Compliance. Beth graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, and a minor in Insurance. Upon graduating, Beth started her career at Motorola in Schaumburg, IL as an Employee Relations Specialist. Upon moving back to her hometown of Decatur, she worked as an HR & Safety Manager for Ag Growth International headquartered out of Winnipeg, Canada. Beth is the Vice Chair for the Macon County Workforce Board and is also a member of the local SHRM chapter.
