John has been an integral part of the BLDD team since 1994 and cherishes the journey. In his early years, he diligently developed documents for numerous high-profile projects. As his expertise grew, John specialized in educational facilities, particularly sports and recreation spaces. He continues to spearhead initiatives in Higher Education, lead impactful K-12 projects, and contribute to all indoor and outdoor athletic endeavors. As a Principal, John takes immense pride in guiding BLDD's talented staff to create community-transforming projects for generations to come.
