Scholarship Requirements:
- The student applying must be a current high school senior at a BLDD school client in good standing.
- The student must have a minimum 2.5/4.0 or 3.5/5.0 GPA.
- The student must be in the top 40% of their class rank.
- The student must have earned high school credit in 2D/3D art, graphic design, interior design or drafting.
- The student must have been accepted into a university, college or certificate program in a field directly related to architecture, interior design or graphic design.

Application Deadline:
2025 applications will open in February. Submit application by filling out the form below or mailing materials to BLDD Architects, Because Life Deserves Design Scholarship, 100 N. Merchant St., Decatur, IL 62523.
Applications are currently CLOSED.
Scholarship Recipients:
Recipients of the Because Life Deserves Design Scholarship agree to have their name, high school and their original drawing, sketch, photograph or video shared on the BLDD website, social media accounts and in a news release.
School Districts:
Scholarship funds will be awarded to the District as a charitable gift from BLDD Architects, and we request that the funds are distributed to the students though the District's foundation or scholarship program.
