Located on 8.5 acre site at the southwest corner of the intersection of S. Midlothian Rd. and Courtland St. in Mundelein, IL is a proposed 94 unit senior living community. The design is a subtle modern take on Colonial forms and concepts, consistent with the styling seen in many neighboring homes.
This unique building is proposed to include 78 assisted living apartments and 16 memory support studios. A key feature of the facility is the ability to adjust care for residents without relocating them, allowing residents to feel more at home.

A design that blends with surroundings:
Faced with dated environments that were not serving a range of the residents' needs, Evenglow needed direction for creating the best home for their assisted living and independent living residents. Their existing seven-story Lodge building was occupied and would be difficult to renovate without going over budget and disrupting residents.
Sedgebrook operated both a formal dining venue as well as a "café" dining area. The café had become outdated and was transformed into a Bistro and Pub, providing new dining environments along with a refreshed menu.
Situated on 6.7 acres of rolling countryside adjacent a bustling commercial corridor, the Landings 142-unit Senior Living campus offers Batavia and surrounding communities a variety of lifestyle options. The building provides distinguished entrances for both Independent Living and Assisted/Memory Care residents.
