Encounter Ministries is located at the heart of ISU campus. With a goal of creating a welcoming and inviting space for college students, the building will undergo an addition and expansion. The front entrance of the building will be extended out as a landmark of the space. Directly at the entrance will be a coffee lounge for study and connection. This space can be transformed into a 375 seat worship space for dedicated ministry nights. The west side of the building will feature a staff headquarters space, with offices, private rooms, and a meeting room. There will also be a space for the growing internship program, with offices specifically for interns, team spaces for collaboration and connection, and 3 counselling offices with a private entrance and parking lot.
While the group sought to meet their growing internship program, they also needed upgrades to make the space more inviting to students on campus.
The new space will feature dedicated intern offices, meeting spaces, counselling offices, and collaboration spaces for studying and connection.

The theater and multi-purpose room feature modern audio-visual systems, as well as cutting-edge theatrical lighting and rigging within the performance space. The addition also consists of four classrooms, averaging 865 square feet each, and a 1,700 square foot commons area for performing arts students and instructional use.
The Prairie Central PK-4 Elementary school is an opportunity to unify elementary programming under one roof for the first time in district history. Not only will it mark a new location for educational programming in the district, it also will be planned to allow for future programming needs, including expansion to a PK-5 or PK-8 school in the distant future. The building is designed to support roughly 800 students with five smaller flexible environments or zones within the space.
At the Pre-K level, play is how children learn, build friendships, and gain confidence. Our mission is to move beyond simple accessibility and create true inclusion. At Sarah Raymond School of Early Education, accessibility for all throughout the facility was a priority.
