A new entry and interior refresh is underway at the Olivet Nazarene University campus. Chalfant Hall is located at the current multipurpose and assembly hall building on the University Campus. This project is in partnership with Doug Bright with Bright Architecture. The build will consist of one exterior and one exterior renovation on the campus. The renovations are estimated to be completed in late October of 2025.
Fort Worth Independent School District’s Jacquet Middle School is receiving much-needed updates and renovations to create a safe, flexible campus while increasing the facility’s capacity. The 110,000 s.f. renovation includes connecting two additions from 1988 and 2008 and adding office administration space to create a secured entry.
The project at TRIAD High School includes an 818-seat auditorium, complete with a balcony and stage, designed to accommodate up to 120 musicians and theatrical performances. The theater and multi-purpose room feature modern audio-visual systems, as well as cutting-edge theatrical lighting and rigging within the performance space. The addition also consists of four classrooms, averaging 865 square feet each, and a 1,700 square foot commons area for performing arts students and instructional use.
With a building of over 175 years old, Springfield PSD was looking for renovations to bring existing conditions back to its original state of the art facility standards.
