Peck's architectural journey began when BLDD initiated a master plan at her own high school, sparking a passion that would shape her career. Following this inspiration, she pursued both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, building a strong foundation in architectural design and educational spaces.

Most recently, Peck has led significant initiatives with the City of St. Charles School District, implementing master planning through BLDD's innovative proprietary software, QLEO. This project showcases the firm's commitment to leveraging technology in educational design and planning.

Peck's expertise in K-12 design and community engagement has become instrumental in BLDD's educational portfolio. Her work focuses on creating dynamic learning environments that adapt to evolving educational methodologies while fostering community involvement in the design process.
